Identity & eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to withdraw. Your account's date of birth is locked once set, and we may verify it (or other account details) before approving large or first-time withdrawals. Accounts that fail verification are not eligible to withdraw; the deposited funds remain available for play.

If a withdrawal is rejected

We refund the full amount back to your FROG GAMINGwallet in the same review pass. You'll receive an email with the reason and can either submit a corrected withdrawal or reach out if you think the rejection was wrong. Common reject reasons:

  • The destination handle doesn't exist or is blocked.
  • Name on the destination account doesn't match the name on file.
  • Suspected duplicate-account or bonus-abuse activity.
  • An open dispute on a recent deposit.
  • Missing or incomplete identity verification when required.
